Warren Cancels Hanukkah Menorah Lighting

The lighting is canceled due to Gov. Phil Murphy's executive order limiting the maximum number of people who can gather outside to 25.

WARREN, NJ — Warren has canceled its Hanukkah Menorah Lighting due to coronavirus restrictions.

The lighting had initially been planned for Thursday. The township's Christmas tree lighting set for last week was also canceled due to Gov. Phil Murphy's executive order limiting the maximum number of people who can gather outside to 25. This order went into effect on Monday. Read More: Gov. Residents are still invited to drive by the Township grounds at 46 Mountain Blvd. to see the Menorah, Christmas Tree and other decorations lit up.
