WARREN, NJ — Warren Middle School student Kayla Peng was awarded first place for her peace poster in the Lions Club contest.
The Lions Club sponsors an art contest annually asking students and youth to express their visions of peace and inspire the world through art and creativity.
For the 2020-2021 year, the contest theme is 'We Are All Connected.' Due to the ongoing global
pandemic, many have faced extreme hardship and students were invited to illustrate and
celebrate the things that kept people connected.
