Warren Named Among Top 50 Cities For Fit Lifestyles: BarBend

BarBend ranked the top healthiest cities in New Jersey for 2020 based on 11 key metrics including access to places for physical activity.

WARREN, NJ — Warren was named among the top 50 cities for fit lifestyles in 2020 by health and fitness website BarBend.

Warren ranked at number 30 of the top 50 with a fit score of 83.04. Short Hills took the top spot in New Jersey, while Montgomery was the highest-ranked Somerset County town at number 12.

BarBend determined the fittest cities by looking at 11 key metrics based on data collected by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Census Bureau and Country Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR).
