Warren, Watchung Hills Schools Have All Virtual Day Thursday

WARREN, NJ — Warren Township and Watchung Hills High School students will have a full distance learning day on Thursday.

"Due to inclement weather creating hazardous road conditions that are expected to continue through the morning bus run, all Warren Township School facilities are closed," said the school district.

The high school will be following a B5 schedule. All after school activities and athletics will continue as scheduled.

Thursday: Snow, mainly before 10 a.m. High near 33. Northeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 15. North wind 5 to 10 mph.

Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 28. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the morning.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 15. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph.

Saturday: A chance of snow, mainly after 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 28. Northeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Saturday Night: Snow likely before 11 p.m., then snow and sleet likely between 11 p.m. and midnight, then sleet likely after midnight. Cloudy, with a low around 22. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Sunday: A chance of snow and sleet before noon, then a chance of rain and snow between noon and 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 36. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Sunday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 19.

Washington's Birthday: Partly sunny, with a high near 31.
