2 Identity Theft Reports In Watchung This Week: Blotter
There were a few other incidents on this week's Watchcung Police Blotter.
WATCHUNG — Two Watchung residents reported incidents of identity theft this week. There were also instances of shoplifting and illegal dumping.
Here is the full police blotter for the past week:
On May 3: At around 1:50 p.m., police responded to a house on Snoden Lane to investigate a report of illegal dumping.

On May 4: Police responded to the Home Depot store to investigate a report of shoplifting. Home Depot security said that a man fled the store with several power tools without paying. Police are investigating.
On May 7: A resident of Dogwood Lane reported an incident of identity theft. Police are investigating.

On May 7: A Resident of Spencer Lane reported an incident of identity theft. Police are investigating.
On May 9: The Watchung police charged Valeraa Guatalupa, 24, from Plainfield, with driving while intoxicated. She was arrested after failing field sobriety tests during a police investigation on route 22. She was released with a pending Watchung Municipal Court appearance.
On May 9: Someone reported a theft of personal belongings while at Wing Stop. Police are investigating.
