$7K Fraudulent Charges Allegedly Placed at Walmart

Texas woman's card was used to make purchases, police say.

A Texas woman's credit card was allegedly used to make more than $7,000 worth of fraudulent purchases from the Walmart at the Watchung Square Mall.

According to a police report by the Watchung Police Department, the credit card of a resident of Euless, Texas, was used to purchase $7,200.90 worth of merchandise from the store on Aug. 14.

The woman originally reported what she said was the fraudulent activity on Sept. 27 to another department, according to the report.
