Bear Sighting Reported Tuesday In Watchung
Watchung Police are warning residents not to approach the bear if sighted.
Watchung, NJ -- A bear was spotted in the area of High Tor Drive Tuesday morning in Watchung, police announced through Nixle.
Residents are reminded not approach bears and contact the local authorities.

A black bear was also spotted in Bridgewater on the border of Green Brook on Sunday afternoon.
It was seen around the Brandywine Senior Living at Middlebrook Crossing on Route 22 West in Bridgewater. Another Martinsville section of Bridgewater resident reported spotting the bear around Cedar Crest Road near Bound Brook.
