Chip And Peep Are Watchung-Green Brook's Pets Of The Week

WATCHUNG/GREEN BROOK, NJ — Meet Chip and Peep! They have been chosen as Watchung-Green Brook Patch's Pets Of The Week!

"There are my beautiful Shelties (Shetland Sheepdogs), Chip (the tri-color) and Peep, (the Blue Merle) are not related but act like brother and sister and always look out for each other.

I think they should be "pets" of the week because they are friendly, lovable, well mannered and beautiful. Shelties are one of the smartest dogs and "aim to please". They are always well behaved, listen to commands and always by your side."

Do you think your pet should be Watchung-Green Brook's Pet of the Week?

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Watchung-Green Brook Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.

You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today. All photos must be property of the submitter.
