GREEN BROOK, NJ — Green Brook Meadow LLC has claimed in a lawsuit that the town's land use board's denial of its application is arbitrary, according to a report on mycentraljersey.com.
The board June 10 voted to deny a use variance for Green Brook's application for apartments on Route 22, according to the report. The property is zoned for commercial use.
Green Brook argued to the board that the apartments' affordably-priced units would help the town meet its affordable housing obligation, the report states.
