Help Prevent Drug Abuse And Get Fit At Watchung 5K

WATCHUNG, NJ — Get in shape and help prevent drug abuse at The Great Pumpkin Run and Family Fun Fitness Walk next month.

The annual run, sponsored by the Watchung Hills Regional Municipal Alliance is Oct. 19 at Watchung Lake. The race starts at 9 a.m.

Entry fees are due Oct. 3. The run costs $25. The walk costs $5 for kids 14 and younger and $10 for adults before Oct. 3. After Oct. 3 the run rate increases to $27.

The Watchung Hills Regional Municipal Alliance is a nonprofit providing drug and alochol abuse prevention programs in Warren Township, Watchung Borough, and Long Hill and Green Brook townships.
