NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — PizzaFire opened its first New Jersey location in North Plainfield in December and is now hosting a grand opening on Saturday, Jan. 26 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The first 50 customers in line when PizzaFire opens at 1256 US Route 22 East, North Plainfield, at 11 a.m. on Jan. 26 will receive free pizza for a year. Plus, all those who visit on Saturday will receive a special buy one, get one free voucher, no purchase necessary.
PizzaFire serves handcrafted pizzas built right in front of you with your choice of premium cheeses, hand cut fresh veggies, organic produce grown hydroponically inside the restaurant, artisan GMO-free meats, and sauces made from scratch.

"We only use pear tomatoes from Northern California that are picked and fresh packed within 2 hours, so they are naturally sweet, then we painstakingly hand crush each one so that the natural flavor of the tomato explodes. This is the next evolution of pizza. We call it pizza redefined, according to the franchise.
Customer can choose from 40 different fresh toppings, six different sauces, five different cheeses, and flavor combinations to build their own personal pie that is baked in an 800-degree oven for 180 seconds.
