I look for council members who are committed to our town, focused on what will make our community better and eager to take on the challenges to come. Ron is a 25-year resident, a virologist and currently on the council in addition to working for the Board of Health. I like that Ron wants fiscal transparency, understands the issues and is eager to work for safety and well-being of our community. Ron’s volunteer and council work to ensure safety and compliance with government protocols for our schools and community is a true blessing.
Freddie is an energetic Watchung Rescue Squad EMT, a newly confirmed Watchung Volunteer Firefighter and an elected 3-term Watchung High School Board of Ed member. Having grown up in Watchung Freddie loves our town and embodies the idea of community service. I cannot think of a better candidate to bridge our younger generations to our community through volunteerism and a hard work ethic. His knowledge of current technology will be a huge asset as we look to bring our antiquated systems into this modern age.
