Make Mother’s Day Brunch, Dinner Reservations Now In Watchung

WATCHUNG, NJ — Everything mom has done over the past year of the coronavirus pandemic should add up to an extra-special 2021 Mother’s Day celebration on Sunday, May 9. To start her the day off right, how about taking mom to her favorite Watchung brunch spot?

Many restaurants and eateries are still limiting seating, so making a reservation early is especially important this year. And if you’re still undecided about going to a sit-down restaurant, curbside pickup or delivery is an option in many places.

Olive Garden, located at 1317 Centennial Av., in Piscataway, offers family-style takeout meals for five that include ready-to-bake entrees and breadsticks with homemade alfredo or marinara dipping sauce, and a large house solid with the signature Italian dressing.

Seasons 52, located at 410 Commons Way, in Bridgewater, is offering a mother's day brunch menu with options like strawberry spinach salad, lobster bisque soup and apricot-glazed spiral ham. To go with the food, there are four popular cocktail options, including mimosas.

The Fresh Market, located at 75 Washington Valley Rd, in Bedminster, offers six different Mother's Day menus and all of them come with a bouquet of flowers, two side dishes, and a dessert of muffins. Food options include Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, and quiche lorraine. The menus are $39.99 to $49.99 and can be picked up from May 7 to 9.

LongHorn Steakhouse, located at 1368 Centennial Ave, in Piscataway, offers a variety of beef cuts, like the New York strik, fire-grilled T-bone and the Longhorn porterhouse, with prices ranging from $11.99 to $29.99. There also chicken, seafood and more dishes.
