When/Where: Friday and Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at Brad Sims Personal Training in Mendham.
Why Go: This will be a fun and challenging workout with six classes a week and personal training to help reach your goals.

Relay for Life of Watchung
When/Where: Friday at 6 p.m at the Watchung Hills Regional High School on Stirling Road in Warren.
Why Go: The American Cancer Society is holding its Relay for Life event to celebrate those people who have battled cancer over the years.

Tread on Trafficking
When/Where: Saturday at 9 a.m. at Ridge High School in Basking Ridge.
Why Go: Love 146 is working to raise awareness about human trafficking, and is inviting people to come out and bike, run, swim and just work out with the goal of raising money through June 30 to help stop this problem.
Cost: Free.
