Watchung-Green Brook Daughter Has Mom Of The Year
A daughter shares her mom's amazing story on why she believes she is "Mom Of The Year."
WATCHUNG/GREEN BROOK, NJ — Last week we asked you to nominate a mother who you feel should be Watchung-Green Brook Patch's Mom Of The Year in honor of Mother's Day.
Daughter Samantha Tak nominated her mother Joan Tak and shared her amazing story.
"My mom is an extremely hard worker. She is very involved in the community. She cares deeply about the environment, including her bees! She loves to travel and explore the wild world we live in. I can’t thank her enough for giving me guidance throughout my life. From overcoming obstacles, honest advice, and helping me turn into a determined and successful young woman that she always knew I would become. I hope I’ve made her proud."
