• 86 Will Lane:  Listed at $480,000.  Ranch:  3 bedrooms, 2 baths.  Sold for $480,000
• 53 Anderson Road:  Listed at $619,000.  Custom Colonial:  4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.  Sold for $610,000
