Paris Inn Reduces Asking Price By $400K

The restaurant and banquet hall abruptly closed in March after being in business for 50 years.

WAYNE, NJ — The Paris Inn property has been reduced in price by $400,000.

The restaurant and banquet hall is now listed at $2.9 million, down from its original asking price of $3.3 million.

Owner Antonio Petritsis told News 12 that it was a "personal decision" to abruptly close the establishment in March after 50 years.

The 17,000-square-foot establishment accommodates more than 300 people with a restaurant, bar and three banquet halls. The property also includes a parcel separate from the banquet hall.
