Missing Endangered Person: Herbert Sehgel, Male, medium skin tone, 5’ 9”, 180 lbs. Operating a 2014 Black Toyota Corolla, plate NJ/S16EMC.

Herbert was last seen at his residence in West Windsor around 5:48 AM today and departed in an unknown direction of travel. Possible clothing description of blue rain coat, black pants, black shoes and a light blue short sleeve button down shirt. Subject has no cell phone.
