Power Outages Persist After Storm In West Windsor

More than 6,000 power outages were reported in West Windsor Tuesday in the wake of a storm that wreaked havoc across the region.

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — More than 6,000 power outages were reported in West Windsor Tuesday in the wake of a storm that wreaked havoc across the region.

There are more than 5,000 PSE&G customers in West Windsor without power, according to the electric company's outage map. The estimated restoration time is 2 a.m. Friday.

"Report power outages to your utility," police said. "Only call 911 for emergencies as we are aware of the power outages. Once the storm passes, utility companies will be able to better evaluate their response. Princeton and Robbinsville police are reporting many roads closed or treacherous due to trees down."
