**Traffic Advisory-Village Rd East Begins for approx 30 days beginning Tues May 26th. Please Follow Detour.--Lt. Lee

Saturday, May 23, 2020

"On or about Tuesday May 26, 2020 Meco, Inc. of Clarksburg, NJ will begin repair and resurfacing work on Village Road East, between Old Trenton Road and the West Windsor / Robbinsville Township municipal line, including the South Lane intersection. The work includes concrete repairs, drainage improvements, and the milling and resurfacing of the roadway.

During the weekday hours of 7 AM until 4 PM, traffic will be detoured around the work area using Old Trenton Road-Windsor Road and South Lane. Local traffic and services will be permitted to continue to use the road, as necessary. Outside of this time the road will be reopened to the public. If further travel restrictions are lifted by the Governor during the project, start time will be adjusted to 9 AM. Intermittent closures of the South Lane intersection are to be expected when milling and paving occurs. Work is anticipated to be completed within 30 calendar days, weather permitting.
