At approx. 11:30 am an actor was apprhended by Ptl. Cuomo and Ptl. Mangone after the actor cut off a chain securing a bicycle to the bike rack at the Princeton Junction Train Station (PJTS). The bicycle, a Women's Raodmaster Granite Peak Mountain Bike (as seen in the photo attached), had been located in a bike rack next to the Dinky Platform. Great teamwork by Ptl. Cuomo, Ptl. Mangone, and our Communications Center to bring the actor, later determined to have outstanding warrants, into custody while retrieving the bike.
