NOTICE OF CHANGE FOR BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District Board of Education’s regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, March 31, 2020, which will convene at 6:30 p.m. for purposes of going into Executive Session and then open to the public at 7:30 p.m., will be conducted electronically in light of Executive Order 107’s mandate for all citizens to avoid any unnecessary travel or social gatherings, as well as to remain home or in their place of residence. The public will be able to electronically view the public portion of the meeting via a link posted on the front page of the District’s website. The public will also have opportunities for community feedback and comment during the meeting through the use of Google Forms that will be posted on the front page of the District’s website starting on Friday, March 27,2020. The Google Form for the First Opportunity for Public Comment will remain open and close right before the start of the First Opportunity for Public Comment during the meeting, while the Google Form for the Second Opportunity for Public Comment will remain open and close right before the start of the Second Opportunity for Public Comment during the meeting. All submissions by the public will be viewed during the meeting and included as public comment in the official minutes.
