Youth Orchestra of Central Jersey Online Auditions June 9

We at Youth Orchestra of Central Jersey hope you are staying healthy during this time and keeping the flame of music alive in students across our country. Like many other music organizations, Youth Orchestra of Central Jersey has had to postpone or cancel our concerts for this year. We are busy, though, preparing for next year and for the hope of a brighter season. As Malcom Arnold once said: "Music is the social act of communication among people, a gesture of friendship, the strongest there is".

During unprecedented and difficult times like this, the power of music shines through. That's why YOCJ is looking to the future and will be hosting online auditions using ZOOM on June 9th. In addition to joining our regular slate of concerts for the 2020-2021 season, all students over the age of 12 who successfully audition that day will be eligible to go on our upcoming performance tour of the Baltic States and Finland in the summer of 2021!
