2 Months Later, Westfield 'Watcher' Home Still Hasn't Sold

The 6-bedroom, 3.5 bath Westfield home, allegedly stalked by the "Watcher," was put back on the market in October.

WESTFIELD, NJ — The infamous Westfield "Watcher" home, located at 657 Boulevard, has still not sold. It went back on the market two months ago tomorrow.

The listing for the six-bedroom, 3.5 bath home was posted on Oct. 9 for $1.125 million.

The owners purchased the home in 2014 for $1.3 million but filed a lawsuit against the former owners after they received disturbing letters from a stalker who identified himself as "The Watcher."

The home received widespread media attention following the lawsuit and, as a result, the owners claimed they couldn't sell the house and had removed it from the market in 2015. The home was then relisted on the market in March 2016 with no luck, a renter eventually moved in February this year.

The home is listed as a "stately colonial designed with all the character and charm of the early 1900s. This classic home features living room with wood floors with decorative inlay and bay window."
