Westfield 'Watcher' Home Is For Sale Again
Photos: The 6-bedroom, 3.5 bath Westfield home, allegedly stalked by the "Watcher," was put back on the market on Monday for $1.25 million.
WESTFIELD, NJ — The Westfield home, located at 657 Boulevard, that has been allegedly stalked by “The Watcher” is up for sale again.
The listing for the six-bedroom, 3.5 bath home on Monday for $1.25 million.
The owners purchased the home in 2014 for $1.3 million but filed a lawsuit against the former owners after they received disturbing letters from a stalker who identified himself as “The Watcher.”

The home received widespread media attention following the lawsuit and, as a result, the owners claimed they couldn't sell the house and had removed it from the market in 2015. The home was then relisted on the market in March 2016 with no luck, a renter eventually moved in February this year.

The home is listed as a "stately colonial designed with all the character and charm of the early 1900s. This classic home features living room with wood floors with decorative inlay and bay window."
