Westfield 'Watcher' House Listed For Sale

A Westfield home allegedly stalked by "the Watcher" is up for sale, Michael C. Buccola of Westfield Realty Service confirmed.

Westfield, NJ -- The home in Westfield that has been allegedly stalked by “The Watcher” is up for sale again.

Michael C. Buccola of Westfield Realty Service confirmed Monday the six-bedroom, 3.5 bath home was put back on the market last week for $1.25 million.

He denied any comment to Patch on whether there have been an offer or interest so far since the home hit the market.

The owners purchased the home in 2014 for $1.3 million but filed a lawsuit against the former owners after they received disturbing letters from a stalker who identified himself as “The Watcher.”

The home received widespread media attention following the lawsuit and as a result the owners claimed they couldn't sell the house and had removed it from the market last year.
