“Owner and chef Natasha Logan-Williams and her husband James Williams are proud to open up this farm-to-table operation, which offers fresh, farm-raised food – a delicious fusion of the couple's Caribbean and Southern heritage. Specialties include oxtails, curry chicken, roti, collard greens, yams, cornbread and fresh seafood platters cooked to order.”

East Orange officials continued:

“James is a farmer with Ironbound Farms in Newark (New Ark Farms) and grows most of the produce used in Tasha's recipes, which were honed in her own kitchen and as an Executive Chef at the Marriott in Basking Ridge. The restaurant is an anniversary gift from James to his beloved Natasha, who has always been passionate about her cooking. As Mayor Ted Green said: James has changed the game.”

“East Orange residents for the past 20 years, the Williams have raised their family here and are excited to embark on this new business venture in our community,” officials concluded. “Let's be sure to show them plenty of love!”
