Paving On Mt. Pleasant Avenue In West Orange Starts Wednesday

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Milling and paving on Mt. Pleasant Avenue in West Orange will kick off Wednesday, June 12. Work will continue until approximately Friday, June 28, town officials said.

According to the West Orange Police Department:

“From June 12 until approximately June 28, Mt Pleasant Avenue between Gregory Avenue and Main Street will be closed between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. for milling and paving. During these times access to and from your driveway may be prohibited. If you need to enter/leave your home/business during this time, please make arrangements to park your vehicle at another location. Parking on Mt. Pleasant Avenue during construction will not be permitted. Please plan an alternate route and allow extra travel time. New traffic patterns and signs will be posted. Thank you for your cooperation.”
