Police: $4K in Jewelry Stolen in Daytime Burglary

The break-in occurred at a home in the 600-block on Mount Pleasant Ave., police say.

More than $4,000 in jewelery was reported stolen Tuesday from a Mount Pleasant Avenue home, according to West Orange police.

The break-in occurred at a home in the 600-block on Mount Pleasant Avenue when the owner was at work, Sgt. David Naimaister said.

Police are unsure how entry was gained into the home. The incident is still under investigation.
