Scott Reich to Speak at Temple Ner Tamid

The temple's Friday night speaker series will continue with a highly anticipated talk by Reich at the 8:00 p.m. Erev Shabbat Service.

Reich will talk about the importance of community engagement: how to get past the partisan gridlock of today, use Jewish values to make progress, and inspire a new generation to embrace the new frontiers of today.

Reich’s acclaimed book, “The Power of Citizenship,” uses John F. Kennedy’s presidency as a backdrop for looking at public service and stronger community engagement today. Copies of Reich’s book are available for purchase in the Temple office at a significant discount.

The talk will take place on Friday Nov. 21, at 8:00 p.m. at Temple Ner Tamid, located at 936 Broad St in Bloomfield, NJ.
