Here's a list of some summer camps for kids happening around West Orange this year.
WEST ORANGE, NJ — After a year when too many traditions have had to be canceled for coronavirus safety, several summer camps for kids are back on this year. The state has issued updated guidance on how these camps can safely operate during the coronavirus pandemic.
There are a range of options to keep the kids busy this summer around West Orange. Here's a look at some of the camps planned around West Orange for summer 2021. Click on the links for registration information:
- Musical Theater Conservatory Broadway Boot Camp - ages 7-19, classes in Singing, Acting, Theatre Dance, Tap, Comedy/Improv, T.V. Acting, Auditioning
- Essex County Turtle Back Zoo Camps - week-long summer camps for children entering kindergarten (and age 5) and grades 1-8
- JCC MetroWest Summer Day Camps - early childhood camp, exploration camp
- West Orange Community House and Boys & Girls Club - summer camp program, school age programs
- West Orange Schools 2021 Summer Enrichment Program - musical, artistic, theatrical, dance, academic and physical fitness experiences for students
