West Orange Continues Two-Day Fourth of July Celebration

Fireworks planned for Friday night at West Orange High School.

West Orange kicked off a two-day Fourth of July celebration Thursday night with a food and music festival at Colgate Park.

The event will included a performance from The Wayne Brown Band, a food court featuring some of West Orange's restaurants as well as the annual Skinner-Dunne Horseshoe Tournament.

The festivities continue at 6:30 p.m. Friday at West Orange High School with pony rides, a balloon toss, eating contests, races and more. 

Elite Entertainment will provide music before the annual fireworks display on the baseball turf field.

The rain date for Friday's events will be Saturday night.
