Previously, she worked as a stylist for both commercial print ads and television, and has been a Pascack Valley resident since 1980.

Turco has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in commercial and residential real estate sales and rentals. At his previous brokerage, he was recognized among an exclusive group of top producing agents who achieved more than $1.3 million in gross commission earnings and was named as one of the 50 top real estate agents for the firm a total of 10 times. Turco is a United States Army veteran and is a current resident of Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

Maksym specializes in residential real estate and has been a licensed Realtor® since 2002. She holds many industry designations, including the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Cartus Network Referral Specialist (CNRS), and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR®). She is also a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey.

Krenn has more than 10 years of experience in the industry, specializing in residential home sales, rentals, tax consults and 1031 exchanges. She is a current resident of Paramus, NJ and a member of the Ridgewood Guild.

Behr has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in residential sales, new construction, rentals and 1031 exchanges. She holds many industry certifications, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). Behr has been a resident of Park Ridge for more than 40 years.
