Excessive Heat Turns Hillsdale Borough Hall Into Cooling Center

HILLSDALE, NJ — Due to the excessive heat forecast for this week, residents may use the council chambers at Borough Hall as a cooling center.

The chambers will be open to use from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. The heat index is forecast to be between 95 and 104 degrees, the National Weather Service is forecasting.

Borough Hall is at 380 Hillsdale Ave.
