Kimchi Smoke To Open New Bergen Location
Robert Austin Cho is expanding Kimchi Smoke's menu with newer items, including: Korean corn dogs, L.A. street tacos, and spicy rice cakes.
WESTWOOD, NJ — Kimchi Smoke is opening a second Bergen County location later this year.
Chef and owner Robert Austin Cho is bringing his signature Korean-Texas barbecue to H Mart in Little Ferry. It will be called Kimchi Smoke KTX. It is scheduled to open in April, Cho said.
Cho will serve newer items at the new location, including: Korean corn dogs, L.A. street tacos, spicy Adobo chicken, and Texas Duk Bokki, spicy rice cakes.

Kimchi Smoke KTX will be a part of H Mart's Market Eatery food hall. Kimchi Smoke Barbecue of Westwood will remain open.
Cho has received critical acclaim both locally and across the country for his food, especially his brisket, which he even used to make his version of a Chonut. Cho brought Kimchi Smoke to the Paramus Park Mall in December as part of a special holiday popup.
