Westwood Area July 4th Fireworks, Parades and More: 2019 Guide

WESTWOOD, NJ —Looking to catch a July 4th fireworks show, parade or festival this year?

Check out the town-by-town listings below of Independence Day celebrations and events for 2018 throughout the Westwood and Hillsdale area:

Ridgewood July 4th festivities

What: Flag raising
Where: Wilsey Square
When: 9 a.m.

What: Parade
Where: South Monroe Street and Godwin Avenue
When: 10 a.m., rain or shine

What: Fireworks
Where: Veteran's Field, rain date July 5
When: Gates open at 6 p.m., fireworks begin at dusk. There will be live entertainment.

Glen Rock

What: Glen Rock Pops Concert
Where: Borough Hall front lawn
When: July 3, 7:30 p.m.
The free concert will include popular patriotic songs, marches, and lighter classical songs.

What: Parade
Where: Beginning at Glen Rock High School and ending at the municipal pool
When: July 4, 9:30 a.m.
The parade will go east on Harristown Road, left onto Highland Road, left onto Rock Road, right on Doremus Avenue, and end at the municipal pool.

Fair Lawn

What: Fireworks
Where: Memorial Park, at Berdan Avenue and 1st Street
When: July 4, they will start between 9 and 9:15 p.m.

Saddle Brook

What: Fireworks display
Where: Otto Pehle Park, Saddle River Road
When: July 3, 7 p.m.

Paramus

What: Fireworks
Where: Cliff Gennarelli Sports-Plex
When: July 7, from 6 to 11 p.m. There will be live entertainment by the Jumping Dragons, Raphael Valentino from iHeartRadio, and the Paramus Community Orchestra. Food trucks will be there selling food and beverages.
