Construction Starts On New Woodbridge Apartment Complex

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Construction starts Friday, Aug. 18 at the ground-breaking for The Grande at Metro Park, a new apartment complex on the site of the former Ronson manufacturing facility in Iselin. The Grande at Metro Park is a 355-unit luxury residential apartment complex and it will be located at 3 Ronson Road. That's adjacent to the Bed, Bath & Beyond and the Middlesex Water Company and close to the MetroPark train station.

It is expected to be completed and open to renters in the fall of 2018. This plot of land was redeveloped through the Woodbridge Redevelopment Agency. The developers are The Grande at Metro Park Development Group - SAMTD Acquisitions and Woodbridge Urban Renewal, LLCF. Charles Avery is a member of the development group.

The Grand at Metro Park promises "modern lifestyle and retail amenities," although retail tenants have not been determined yet. That's a rendering of how it will look once completed.
