Fatal Crash On NJ Turnpike In Woodbridge: Police
Police say they were dealing with a fatal crash and closures on the New Jersey Turnpike on Monday.

WOODBRIDGE – Police say they were dealing with a fatal crash on the New Jersey Turnpike on Monday morning. Traffic impacted the morning commute and drivers were dealing with closures.
Troopers responded at 1:45 a.m. to the multi-vehicle crash on the Turnpike's south inner roadway at milepost 94.1 in Woodbridge, police said.
There was one confirmed fatality, police said.

It wasn't clear at press time if the same crash involved a tractor trailer that overturned on the New Jersey Turnpike outside the entry to Exit 12 in Carteret. The entrance ramp was blocked.
