How The Modera Woodbridge Will Look At Train Station

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Here's a rendering of how the Modera Woobridge will look, being built at 10 Main Street, adjacent to the Woodbridge train station.

First move-ins are anticipated for late 2022.

The Modera will be a mixed-use apartment building of 279 apartments and more than 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, within walking distance of downtown Woodbridge.

The Modera is located on Woodbridge's Main Street, at 10 Main Street.

The developer is Mill Creek Residential, who said they chose to build in Woodbridge because it's a transit-friendly location about 25 miles southwest of New York City. Woodbridge Township also provides easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Interstate 287.

Mill Creek has built existing Modera complexes in Morristown and Jersey City.

Modera Woodbridge will offer studio, one-, two and three-bedroom apartment homes with an average size of 886 square feet and den layouts available. There will also be a rooftop deck with barbecue area, club-quality fitness studio with TRX system, resident clubhouse, pool table, conference room, coffee bar and pet spa. There will be garage parking.

Rent prices were not yet made public.

Modera Woodbridge marks Mill Creek's fifth development community in New Jersey. Others currently leasing include Modera Lofts, Modera 44 and Modera 55.
