PHOTOS: Flash Flooding in Central NJ Over Weekend
South Brunswick, Princeton and Plainsboro were all hard hit.

Water was reportedly waist-deep in Princeton and Plainsboro. West Windsor declared a state of emergency Saturday and ordered people to stay off the roads.
