66 Hagaman Street, Port Reading: A cape cod with two bedrooms and one full bath was listed for $199,900 and sold for $200,000.

55 Kilmer Drive, Colonia: A split-level with four bedrooms and two full baths was listed for $379,000 and sold for $373,000.
