Today's Table Offers Culinary Consultation

Curious cooks are invited to Middlesex County College's "Today's Table" spring session, where participants can witness cooking demonstrations for more than three dozen different cuisines.

The non-credit courses are open to chefs of all skill levels and involve cooking demonstrations and tastings in the college's kitchen lab, led by coordinator Denise Edwards.

Courses include baking, pizza making, soup, braising, snacks, party foods and one pot meals, and a number of international cuisines.

Class sessions are $40 each, or three for $99, except where otherwise noted, according to a press release from the college.

All sessions can be viewed in the spring 2014 course guide.
