Woodbridge Woman Charged With Murdering Live-In Boyfriend
Police say the woman, 59, stabbed her boyfriend to death Thursday night in the Avenel home they shared.
WOODBRIDGE, NJ — A Woodbridge woman was arrested just after midnight Thursday night, and is charged with the murder of her live-in boyfriend, said Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Woodbridge Police Director Robert Hubner.
Edna Ciesienski, 59, of Woodbridge has been charged and arrested for murder and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
At approximately 12:03 a.m Friday., authorities responded to the 1200 block of St. Georges Avenue in the Avenel section of Woodbridge, where they located David Seniakevgch, 60, of Woodbridge with a stab wound to his lower body.

Seniakevgch later was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say Ciesienski stabbed Seniakevgch at the home they shared together.
The exact cause of death remains undetermined pending the completion of an autopsy by the Middlesex County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.

Ciesienski is currently being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center pending a pre-trial detention hearing in Superior Court.
