4 Ways To Spend A Day At American Dream Meadowlands
A guys' night out, a day of pampering for ladies, quality father-son or mother-daughter time, or a play date are all possibilities.

American Dream Meadowlands will have dozens of entertainment options when it opens next spring.
The $3 billion facility will have things to do for people of all ages. We came up with a variety of way various people could spend a day there.

Whether it's a monthly night out, a bachelor party, or a last-minute get together, there are a lot of options for guys at American Dream Meadowlands.
Guys can start out at For The Win, a huge adult-orientated arcade. They can enjoy one of the craft beers available on tap during a game of bowling, a live musical performance, or while watching their friends play one of the state-of-the-art video games.

From there, guys can head to Cinemex's X4D theater. They can feel the rush of a high-speed car chase as their seats move under them. Scents from the movie will be pumped into the theater.
Guys can grab dinner and a drink while they watch their movie. Chef Mikel Alonso of Biko — one of the top 50 restaurants in the world — is in charge of creating the menu.
Placing a sports bet could be a possibility in the future.
When asked about if and how sports gambling works into Triple Five's plan for American Dream, the spokesperson said that "a comprehensive master plan is very much a part of the strategic future success of the site itself and also for smart regional growth of the broader area."
A casino could also be built at American Dream at some point, but nothing formal has been announced yet.
Cooking and Clothes
Ladies have a lot of options to relax and be pampered at American Dream.
Watching Rachael Ray giving a cooking demonstration at the MUNCHIES food court or meeting Michelle Obama at a book signing are two possibilities at American Dream Meadowlands, developer Triple Five previously said.
An entire section of the 91-acre campus will be dedicated to high-end clothing retailers, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Off 5th, and Hermes.
Ladies can enjoy some champagne and maybe some caviar after they shop. Then they can be pampered with a massage, facial, or mani-pedi at the 20,000 square feet of American Dream's health, wellness, spa, and beauty facilities.
A Day Out With The Kids
There is no shortage of things for kids at American Dream Meadowlands.
Dad and moms can take their kids to a ski lesson at the 800-foot long indoor hill, the first in the western hemisphere. Mom and dad can browse The Shops @ Big SNOW as they'll be called or stop by any of the hundreds of other retailers that will be open Mondays through Saturdays.
There will also be an NHL regulation-sized ice-skating rink.
Mom, dad, and the kids can enjoy some breathtaking views of New York City and North Jersey while taking a leisurely ride around the 235-foot tall observation wheel. They could also see a show at Cirque du Soleli's 65,000-square-foot theater.
There will also be the first Sea Life aquarium in New Jersey. It will feature a tropical ocean tank with a walk-through underwater tunnel.
Just For Kids
Kids can start their day at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center with a 4D cinema, LEGO brick pool, rides, and classes for kids.
From there they could head to KidZania, a miniature city run by kids 4 to 14 years old. It will have its own currency and companies like Honda, Sony, Kellogg's, Coca-Cola and others have sponsored businesses and landmarks in the attraction.
Then there are the much-touted indoor theme park and water park.
Kids can go on wet and wild rides and attractions from movies like "Shrek," "Kung-Fu Panda," and "How To Train Your Dragon," at the DreamWorks water park. The park will open after the rest of American Dream Meadowlands does.
The Nickelodeon Universe theme park will span 8.5 acres and feature attractions and rides based on Nickelodeon characters. It will have two record-setting rollercoasters — the Spinning Coaster, the tallest and longest free-spinning coaster in the world, and the Euro-Fighter. It is expected to be the largest indoor theme park in the western hemisphere when it is complete.
