5 Things in Franklin Lakes This Week

Ambulance corps seeks new members, road repairs to begin and Patch comes to the Franklin Lakes Library.

Here's a look at what's happening in Franklin Lakes this week: 

1. The 2011 Road Repair program is slated to begin today. Six borough streets will undergo construction for draining and/or paving. Full details are available here. 

2. What is summer without catching fireflies? On Monday, children ages 3 to 8 are invited to a special storytime at 7:45, followed by a firefly hunt outside at 8:15 p.m. Bring a container to catch the fireflies in!

3. Dr. Catherine Mazzola and Dr. Lori Catania will hold an informative concussion seminar at the library on Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
