5 Things: Property Tax Time
Tax office open late this week, iPad2 Raffle Tickets, Kitchen Tour coming soon and more

1. The grace period for Second Quarter taxes payments ends Tuesday, May 10. Payments received later will have interest charged back to May 1, as mandated by the State of New Jersey. The Tax Collection Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be open late on the nights of Monday, May 2 and Monday, May 9 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
2. Kaiyapalooza, a fundraiser for Ramapo Hockey Coach Lee Barber's daughter Kaiya will be held on Wednesday, May 25, from 7 to 10 p.m. at Ramapo High School.For sponsorship opportunities and tickets, contact 2010 Jeff Peters at jeff@careforkaiya.com or visit www.careforkaiya.com.

4. The , is holding its annual rummage sale this Friday and Saturday. Donations of items will be accepted through May 4, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m. No large electronics or furniture will be accepted.
