I'm Dr. Fran NELSON. We spend a lot of time worried about grades, college applications, winning games but in the end we cannot forget their overall wellness. I understand the critical importance of student wellness in the education of our young students and will make it a priority if elected to the BOE. We can do better.

I will advocate for:

  • a holistic approach to wellness
  • more effective responses to vaping and substance abuse
  • a thorough analysis of how we can better support our Guidance Departments
