East Rutherford Krispy Kreme Reveals Opening Date

The 3,200-square-foot shop, located in the Liberty Commons shopping center, will make its doughnuts on site and has a drive-thru.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – The wait is almost over.

Bergen County's first Krispy Kreme will be open by March 10, according to a spokesperson Cushman & Wakefield, the commercial real estate firm that handled the shop's lease.

The 3,200-square-foot shop, located at 91 Route 17 South in East Rutherford's Liberty Commons shopping center, will make its doughnuts on site and has a drive-thru.

News of Krispy Kreme coming to East Rutherford first broke in September 2018. Two years earlier, the North Carolina-based company announced that it has signed a development agreement with Entrepreneurs LLC to open six shops in Bergen and Hudson counties "over several years."
