 The Franklin Lakes Fire Department will be taking part in Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins annual 31 Cent Scoop Night Celebration. FLFD will be set up at the DD/BR on Franklin Avenue in Franklin Lakes passing out Fire Prevention literature and there will be temporary tatoos available for the children. This will happen from 5:00 - 10:00pm on Wednesday, April 27th. Â
