Small Group Personal Training with Lauren and Kristen is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 a.m. at the , 1 Vischiconti Way. There is a nominal fee for the class in addition to membership plans or $10 class fee for nonmenbers and members whose plan does not include classes.Â
The center is open Monday and Wednesday from 7 a.m to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.Â
